Only 6% of IPv4 Addresses Left!

IANA has allocated four of IPv4 /8 blocks in the recent weeks, two /8 are allocated to RIPE NCC in May 2010 and also two /8 blocks are allocated to LACNIC in June 2010.

Prefix       Designation          Date                       Whois                               Status

31/8          RIPE NCC             2010-05                whois.ripe.net                  ALLOCATED

176/8        RIPE NCC             2010-05                whois.ripe.net                  ALLOCATED

177/8        LACNIC                 2010-06                whois.lacnic.net               ALLOCATED

181/8        LACNIC                 2010-06                whois.lacnic.net               ALLOCATED

Thus, the number of unallocated  IPv4 /8 blocks are 16 only! Which represent only 6% of IPv4 address space, which estimated to be exhausted on August 2011.
